6:00pm Neilah Service & Havdalah

Break the Fast - a light break the fast meal will immediately follow the Havdalah. Har Shalom will provide bagels, lox and cream cheese. Please bring a dish to share.

Help us construct a Sukkah at Har Shalom. Bring a hammer, some nails, and your Sukkah spirit. Contact Elie Herb for more details.

Sukkot Celebration!!! Har Shalom members for a Sukkot celebration at our very own sukkah! We will celebrate by sharing a sacred shared meal in the sukkah. The meal following will be a formal, sit-down potluck affair.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT ANY FOOD YOU CONTRIBUTE IS STRICTLY VEGETARIAN.

Services will include shaking the lulav and etrog, sukkot stories, songs, and teachings about sukkot. This will be a great time for families and students in Shalom Yeladim, Ruach Tovah or B'nei Mitzvah!

Social Action Project Day

Sunday Sept. 30th at Har Shalom 9:30 a.m.- 12:00 noon

This is a great project for Religious School students and parents to teach children to do community work . Lunch after for the workers. To help with fixing fences, washing trim on the building, cleaning up weeds, sweeping, and general cleanup along the road, around the building and parking lot.

It is our building and we want to make it look good and prepare for winter. Please call Enid Brodsky, Social Action Chair, 247-9266 to respond. Please participate in this effort.
